By accessing and using CSA Prep ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services operated by CSA Prep ("we", "us", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use CSA Prep for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintaining the security of your password and account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion.

Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis ("Premium Features"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Billing: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days advance notice.

Pass Guarantee & Refund Policy: We offer a Pass Guarantee for Premium subscribers who meet our completion requirements. If you complete at least 80% of practice tests, study for 40+ hours, access all study modules, maintain a 70%+ average score, complete at least 2 mock exams, and still fail your ServiceNow CSA exam, you may request a full refund. Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of exam failure with official ServiceNow score documentation. Only one refund per account is permitted.

Our Service provides educational content for ServiceNow System Administrator certification preparation. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CSA Prep and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

All study materials, practice questions, and educational content are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the Service without explicit permission.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Does not guarantee certification success or specific exam results
• Does not warrant that the Service will be constantly available or available at all
• Makes no representations about the suitability of the information contained on this website

Nothing on this website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial, or medical matter you should consult an appropriate professional.

In no event shall CSA Prep, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to such claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. The clauses of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
